Health inequalities remain a persistent global challenge, with significant disparities in access to healthcare between high-income and low-income countries. This paper explores the factors contributing to healthcare disparities in low-income countries, the impact of limited access to healthcare on public health outcomes, and the steps being taken to address these inequities. The role of international organizations, governmental policies, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in improving healthcare access is examined. Key strategies such as universal health coverage (UHC), innovative healthcare delivery models, and sustainable development goals (SDGs) are discussed. The paper concludes with recommendations for strengthening healthcare systems and ensuring equitable access to healthcare for all populations.
